Export the Sletchup models as .dae then import with Milkshape.

Milkshape doesn't have a .dae importer only exporter

I'm not sure if SketchUp can export to .obj, but if it can, do that. Then import the .obj file to Milkshape 3D.

Download the .dae plugin, I believe there is one. I just started with milkshape, but I've been using 3ds max since 2008. I bought milkshape yesterday, along with 3ds max 2011.
