TV Tropes is a wiki that has shows and other forms of entertainment on it, and talks about common things in them.
Because I'm on my DSi and can't copy and paste, just search "Blockland" in the search bar at the top of http://www.tvtropes.org/

game mods are usually acceptable for TVtropes. half of the MechWarrior article is stuff I added that's in the fan made crysis mod MechWarrior Living Legends

modifying the article to adjust the phrasing to fit in more with the standard TVtrope examples, adding some more tropes.

also there are plenty of tropes from project reality on the battlefield page
