need help with my club add on that im making

as a few of you know im making a club add on, it shows in my add ons ingame and in the items folder, but doesnt  go into my inventory or show up when i run over it, please help in any way possible, i will even send the folder and its contents to you so that you can fix it if u need to

Also - check your console for errors.

Did you set the model to full transparently also we do need the script to check for errors
