briefcase was never in TF2 i don't think, if you're talking about the sword/bomb one

There's a breifcase mod, but i don't know if that's what you're looking for.
Sandvich has been made, just look in a foodpack
Disguise kit has been made, just not specific disguises.
Revolver has been made over and over.
