Hello, fellow Blocklanders. See, I just played the game Patrician 4, and have become very interested in the game. Almost instantly upon playing, I thought of it as a Blockland server:
- Multiple towns, distanced very far from each other
- Trading
- Naval battles
- (Most important aspect) Caravels
Now, all of this would be amazing, but I really didn't know where to start! I could easily find a map for the RP, and make the build. (Not currently, posting this from a friend's house)
I know there was a Vehicle_Caravel back in V7/8, but it had many problems. Some of these problems included lag from more than 4 ships, poor control, bad clipping, and too simple.
Though, if someone were to make another Caravel, that would be absolutely wonderful. (Strato's boats arn't included, because they only work on the map that has a very shallow ocean, allowing players to
WALK from island to island, which is a no-no. No offence, Strato.)
Although, I would be fine if someone ported the Caravel from V8. If someone were to make this Caravel, I would give you permanent Super Admin on my server, and would do any favors that you would ask.
