eh, not really, it'd just be difficult, taking each frame of the video, uploading it to the client, then switching frames as prints quickly

First of all, torque can't emulate flash applications, as it can hardly handle binary data.
Second, torque's networking can be quite slow as we see with the amount of time it used to take to load add-ons.

You could make every frame a print.

Then use/make a setPrint event to switch the prints...
