for example if you made an enclosed building underwater there would be no water in the building

If the water was made of bricks or zones then it's possible. If the water is assigned to a map, you cant.

Yes. Water is a type of physics zone. We don't currently have a method to cut into the cube and change it. Even making false regular zones wouldn't fully function because of the source.

I support, but i don't think its possible with the game engine, you can try with water bricks

Not possible with this game. Suggested thousands of times over the years. We need more original ideas.
