Author Topic: I need to convert a .DTS to a .MS3D  (Read 3277 times)

I only use Shaper to find nodes and such. It's not good for actual use. But it's the only DTS Importer I know.

In the Pm I sent, I did also ask for the Model, but he was last online in january sometime, so i didnt think I would get a reply.

I got the turismo into milkshape :D

lol i just remembered i made another account in 2009 and i just made a new password for it.

-BlockStar

dammit i thought it said "corvette"

I got the turismo into milkshape :D
-snip-

I got it, but it looks all glitchy in my window. The faces are all flashing. It's wierd.

EDIT: I changed the view to wireframe, and it completely dissapeared.

Did you get the model i sent you

Yeah, that is the one I am meaning.

Just realised that I think it may be my version of MS3D. Not sure, but it hasnt worked since I went to a 64 bit OS.

Shaper, I think, gives double vertices for some parts of models.

I'm getting shaper soon, and if it's glitchy as you say, then you are better off asking for the original model of the turismo.
Shaper is total garbage dont waste money :/

It's the only thing that can open .dts. Apart from Torque engine itself I guess.

Thanks for stopping me before I bought it.
What about show tool pro?
Or torsion?

Torsion is a text editor with syntax highlighting for Torque?

Show tool pro is for checking how your model would look like in-game. You can mount objects to nodes and you can test the animation sequences too. And you can also check the triangle strips.
