My brother got to 80 on his 9003rd loving character in under 2 days. Then again, he has no life.

If you have a lot of money to go around, like Linear, copypasta quests, and koreans, you should buy the game.

It's still fun to explore the world, though.

Nope.

Fastest time from 1-80 is 3 days, 16 hours, and 22 minutes. And even he cheated. But nice try ^^

when you reach 85 theres so much more to do.

first 20 levels means nothing.

You have to play through the first 20 levels before it gets really rewarding. At least build up a good arsenal of abilities, good talent point cache, and develop flexibility in your character.

Class choice is also a big determinant. Different people like different classes. Don't chose a warlock/priest if you want to be nuking stuff efficiently.

That were adopted because you married a guy who claimed he was a she.

Yes, actually.

This.
Also you get mounts at 20, which changes up the game a bit.

You'll either hate it or you'll love it. Good place to start for MMO's since it holds your hand for the first 15 levels.
I hate it. /EVEfanboy

If you like it but don't want to play there's plenty of similar/free copies. Like Runes of Magic, and LOTRO, and probably more.
