I don't know if this would be a bug fix or a server mod, but whenever I try to chat while loading, the load always finishes before I enter my chat, making me type it over again.

Yeah, that happens to me too, may be nice as a fix.

This doesn't go in Help. This is a bug in the game the OP is requesting a fix of some kind for.
Most of us should know about this anyway, unless we're quiet bastards who don't chat much.

This is a "feature" that I really hate. When you spawn, all GUIs are hidden. This includes the chat that you're typing, since that's a GUI too. I'd really like that changed.
