In RTB v4 (if they havent made it) there should be something in the menu of blockland saying "Friends"
click on it and it will show a list of friends you already have, and if you type a username in the "Make New Friend
bar for Example, Vergick it will send him a friend request In-Game or at menu.

It will also allow you to know if you're friends are online or not like, its shows an image of a computer Xed out or
checked off.
It will also allow you to have IRC at the same timeso for example, click on a friend that is online and you will
connect up with him on IRC (it dosent matter if you have it or not).
