Author Topic: Chemistry help, please  (Read 714 times)

I fell asleep in class the other day and complete missed out on how to do this type of problem. I need to know how I would answer questions like:
"How many moles of HCl do I need to neutralize 34.67 grams of NaOH? If there were 12.3 grams of NaOH?"

What is the strength of 1 mole of HCI?

Crap, I took Chemistry last year. Don't remember stuff of it this year. :panda:

Dont remember  :nes:

Why are you even posting in this topic then? He wants help. You are clearly not giving him any.

I don't know, I typed the question exactly as it is on my paper.

 I remember these problems but forgot how to do them.
If I find the notebook I can help.

Look up how much 1 HCI does
HCL, 37% - 12.2 Molar
Strength = 36.5-38%, Density = 1.185, Molecular Weight = 36.5
1 liter = 1185 gm = 444 gm HCl (@37.5%) = 12.2 moles (range 11.85 - 12.34)
