Being able to download custom faces/decals when joining a server

But it will lag everyone cause if they are playimg, they will have to reload when someone join I believe.

Not impossible.

If you join a server, then you could get the download for all of the custom decals on the server, provided the server receives the info through a new system first.

But, the problem is that nobody else will see your custom decals, without rejoining the server, or as Pah said, automatically stopping what they are doing to download the decals, which would be annoying.

OR how about when a new user connects, their decal is uploaded to the server, and then every user downloads it from the server discretely. When the client spawns, the face appears like so.
