The style of Blocko City is supposed to be like classic Legos. The first and also most common color of olden day Lego bricks were Red, Yellow, Blue, Black, and White.
Tony wanted building in Blocko City to be as if you had a huge tub of bricks of those colors, and you were to reach into the said tub and pull out a random brick.
Pilot1 has the right to criticize, but again, like everyone said, he has no right to tell Tony how to run his own server.
