Unavailable Number keeps harassing my family

Someone had called us, and what's even more odd, we don't even have a phone! So there was a notice about that on TV. (We have some combined thing internet+tv+phone) Creepy.

Well the thing is we also used to get phone calls asking for a "Toby" and that he was jacked up on credit card debt. Since then we never responded to unavailable calls.

Just a debt collector number. Find a way to block them through your phone or calling your phone provider.

Bad choice, bad choice. I've been learning Russian for years and I still know about <50 words. No idea how to end the words, can't form sentences myself. I should of chosen German for secondary language in school.  :/
