Okay, I have a question, and an odd story to go with it.

Well, can your recruited assassins die? Because I was trying to kill someone with the hand-cannon and one my my recuits go "WELL HURPADERPDERP BLUE LAZERS LET ME SEE" and jumps right in front of the gun, and gets shot in the head. Then falls into the water.

Is he dead, or can I still call him back to kill things?

yes they can die and if they do its permanent but a new fight will be on your mini map to get a new one

Good job you killed your own assassin.  You done goofed.  Its OK though, you can get a new one pretty easy.  I for one have never lost an assassin the entire time I've been playing.

I didn't goofed.
It's a recruits fault for running face first into a barrel.

They can die, you get a warning when they're on low health on a big fight but i suppose in your case he just insta died.
And i think when they fail missions they die sometimes.

Ahahaha... I remember at one point, I tried to attack this huge fort, I called in all my assassins... I thought the guards were all dead.. THEY loving RESPAWNED ;-; Thus it was a never ending battle until they killed all my assassins - I then shut off my xbox out of rage >:C

I had 8 assassins at one point and we attacked one of those french army bases FULL of Brutes.
3 including me managed to escape the others where killed :c
(The two that escaped where my highest level ones though)

I only lost 1 assassin and now i have 5 level 10s and the one was when i accidentally pushed him down from the Colosseum :C
