An event that changes what team a team spawnpoint belongs to.
To accompany this it would also be nice with a "neutral" spawnpoint that nobody can use.
Also, team belongings changed via events should not be saved.

Brick->setTeamAllied [NONE, 1-6]

Works on spawn points, control points and vehicle spawns

Placing the automatic team spawn bricks should make their team the "default" on save/load but the event still works on them
