Unless someone wants to install shaper for you, the only person who can flatshade it is the creator. DTS Files cannot be opened, so only the person with the .blend file (Probably only the creator) can flatshade or edit this file in any way. Now, you  can do it yourself be using dts to shaper to blender, but I don't think anyone will do it for you.
