CSS problem(s)?

So, ive been playing my games lately and, they started to lag ALOT more than usaual.
is it something that has to do with updates?
please help, CSS is getting unplayable.

Idk, this happened to me before..

I restarted and did some stuff and it went down.

I just noticed, it happens whenever i look at a person (as in if theres a person in the direction i'm looking at.)

Maybe because they were using crosshair lag hacks.

I dont know, just wait for it to cool down.

ok, i changed the map to de_dust and it dosen't lag as much, but in other maps it lags like unplayable lag
