Author Topic: Know any free fantasy MMOs that don't require an "awesome" computer rig?  (Read 696 times)

I love medieval/fantasy games, even more when their online. I would love for someone to post a free medieval/fantasy MMO that doesn't demand a great computer to play.

Heres a few things I would like in an MMO.
Archery
Wizardry
Medium leveling rate(Not so easy everyones level 100 but not so hard everyones below level 20.)
A nice character creation. Not just, choose a face a hair style and color and  a name.
Lots of fun(ny) and cool outfits and weapons
Preferably 3D

I can only run games that dont
Need over 2.2GHz processor(single core)
A great video/sound card(I don't know what those are for, though)
More than 3GB of RAM

It's a bit demanding but if you know of any free MMOs that meet these requirements, please post of link to the website.

Damn, the pando media booster keeps quitting on me...

Lotro is really fun yeah, especially with friends. DDO is nice too but I havent played that much of it so I can't really say.

okay i'll do it

I'm installing LOTRO but its taking a long time to extract client_surface.dat. Should it take long?

Im also in lotro crickhollow im about 23level? not sure dwarf champion but i havent plaid in ages cause i have no quests

name is dualshockk tho im also the leader of the old blockland fellowship aka guild

my name is Gilvalenth i'm lvl 8 right now :D on crickhollow

and it does take a LONG time to install

The program is 10.7GB in size, it takes very long to install.

I only placed twice and I uninstalled it because it was taking up space that could be used for something else.

I would have played it more if my friend ever wanted to get on.

I played InFamous for a while and its done installing. I'll post my character name when I make one.

Someone make another LOTRO topic so it stops clogging up this thread.
