Civ 5/ Steam help?

So i've had Civillization 5 for a while now and decided to try to play online, but i can't click the internet button. When i hover my mouse over it it says my files are not synchronized with the steam cloud or something like that. I have been playing it on another computer for a while now. (I have neve tested online before.)

Do i need to uninstall it on the other computer? If so, how do i uninstall a game from steam?

I think you just got to wait for it to sync.

It finally worked after many tries, but it doesn't load any servers.

Oh yeah, how do I minimize it? I'm on a mac.

To answer the uninstall question: Just right click the game in the game library on steam and select delete local content.
