Oh, you have a Belkin router.
Just do this, given here are multiple accounts of entries covering more than one port:

Yeah Belkins are Not Simple so you will have a Bump trying to figure it out I suggest having a Linksys router which is easeir to use!

So.. yeah. I feel kind of stupid. I looked under Run>Cmd>Ipconfig> and found out that it needed to be 192.168.2.6.
So yeah, people tried joining, and it was successful. Thanks for all of the help everyone!
