Like an explanation? Well, here goes.

I go into the server, get banned with that reason for 1 minute, I rejoin, he says sorry, 25 minutes later we play a game, and I had won already, so I sit and I spin while spraying the paint can. I get kicked for that by the host, I rejoin, and immideatly get banned with the same reason I got banned when I joined.

Need I say more?

People host servers specifically for the purpose of having fun with other people, or encouraging people to do so.

It's not within a sane host's desire to ban people for no reason. There is no reason this guy would ban you completely unprovoked unless you did something/say something that caused him to no longer desire you on his server.

In short: you need more proof and pictures of the chat leading up to the ban.

It was Piraka that banned me. For no exact reason, I'm serious.
