Author Topic: DNS failure  (Read 5201 times)

There's a lot of functions in RTB dependent on you being authenticated first. As such, it must disallow itself from functioning if it can't get auth'd information.
It's quite stupid that authentication can't hold for at least a few hours.

What I mean is verifying name changes and server stuff they monitor, so you can't go putting in you're Badspot making research servers and crap.

But you're saying auth doesn't hold?

has nothing to do with it.

Blockland does not provide IRC. RTB provides access to the protocal, but they do not manage or host it. Badspot and Blockland have nothing directly to do with IRC. The DNS failure has no relation to IRC and has been fixed over a week ago. Why did you post here? Did you believe they were related? Well, not you know they are not. Let this be a lesson to others.
