I always stay up untill like 5:00 in the morning and then sleep in the afternoon till 4:00
I find it weird, because when I take I nap, I take like a 4-8 hour nap

4-8 hours isnt a nap thats a full nights sleep for me

Same. I want to change it but, its so much fun playing games this early.

I was awake for 3 days last week.
i am considered insane and i go to sleep at 6 AM

Im on at 5:35 AM, experiencing clouded judgement and lack of appetite. I haven't slept for 36 hours :c

Get a warm glass of milk or cold water. Take 10 deep breathes in. (of course let it out.) Turn off any electronics. Turn off electronic distractions too. Dont eat anything before you go to sleep either. Now close your eyes and take a deep breathe in, slowly. Hold it in for 6 seconds. And let it out. Listen to rain, turn it on while doing this. Take a drink of the water/milk. Close your eyes, and take everything off of mind. Get into a comfortable position. Take more deep breathes, as many as you want. You'll get more tired and tired that you will fall asleep.
