I need a download for the build optimizer

Well, I have searched for it, but the only reason I need it is to reduce the amount of bricks of a terragen-made build. I remember red-guy made it, but I think the site he used it on is down. If anyone has this, can they post it here?

What do you mean Build Optimizer? Does it replace say 8 4x cubes with one 8x cube? And what is terragen?
