Winters Howl (Yes From Black ops)

The winters howl a freeze ray that has quite a range and is semi automatic when a plaer is hit by it there start to slow down and if shot again freeze into a ice cube theis could be done using the elemental spells pack the player get  slower than freezes this isnt needed to be a part of the add on

try 3-6, any more and I'd leave the server if I got frozen for that long.
