The odd, kinda crappy quality was supposed to stylistic. Sue me.
It's not really supposed to be anyone in particular, but I really like it.

Neck is too high. Almost looks like his head is backwards.
Also work on the shoulder.

At first I thought "Oh God that looks horrible", but as I stared at them for a bit, I realized that they were really good.

9/10, could use a little bit of work, but I like. It looks like a painting :o
