a:  y^2+6y+5 - can be factored into (y+5)(y+1) if you needed to, but since you don't need to cancel anything out you shouldn't have to do that step.
b:  3y^2+2xy+1+3x+y+2x^2 - Cannot be simplified - no like terms.
c:  3xy+6x+3y+6
d:  5m+2mn+4m^2

y^2+6y+5

b:  3y^2+2xy+1+3x+y+2x^2

Cannot be simplified, all variables are different.

c:  3xy+5x+2+3y+x+4

3xy+6x+3y+6

d:  4m+2mn+m^2+m+3m^2

4m^2+2mn+5m

   3y^2 + 2xy + 3x + y + 2x^2 + 1, pretty redundant though since there's no similar variables to combine
c:  [3xy] [+5x] [+2] [+3y] [+x] [+4]
   3xy + 8x + 3y + 6
d:  [4m] [+2mn] [+m^2] [+m] [+3m^2]
   5m + 2mn + 5m^2

incredibly easy once you break it up and recombine it
