Not good enough for high-end graphics.

EDIT: You should be looking in the range of 125-175 or more.

Unless he's asking for a card decent enough to last him for little things. But if you are asking for INSAAANNEE performance then you want something that ranges from $200-300 dollars.

Could you improve your budget to ~$110?

Anyway, we really need to know what PSU you have before we can suggest anything seriously.
