NES problems (red flashing light, blue flashing screen)

ok so I turn on this NES I got from the park building and the red light starts flashing and my screen flashes blue.

help

EDIT: now the screen is red

EDIT 2: nvm its back to flashing blue

"The flashing screen is a very common problem. This is when the 10ES lockout chip is not recognizing the cartridge; causing it to reset once every second. Tis can be caused by either the cartridge orvthe console. Most of the time the cartridge or console just lacks proper maintence such as cleaning. Use brasso or something similar to wipe down the contacts on the games"

I picked mario now I have a black screen

PS I already cleaned the 72 pin thing

FIXED IT I JUST HAD TO JIGGLE THE CART A BIT, LOCKING
