I need new RAM

I'm running of of 2GB now. Another stick failed. I'm going to buy a new motherboard soon, too.

It's Kingston. Here's whats on the label:

1GB 2Rx8 PC2-6400U
666-12-E1

ASSY IN CHINA (Apparently it's assy in china)

Where can I find good RAM that is the same speed as that? I'm looking for 2GB sticks or 4GB sticks.
