I could, but the kid is easily scared so all I gotta do is shake him up.

Just saying that's what I'd personally do.
I don't let kids borrow games for that exact reason, but before when I did, the kid took my GTA IV about 3 weeks after it came out. I told him he could borrow it for a week, and after time was up, I asked and he ignored me in person and walked right by. I asked him the next day and from then on he pretended we never met anymore and we weren't friends anymore. I proceeded to punch him in the face several times until his nose was bleeding and fell down (at school mind you) and got suspended, plus never got my game back, but it was worth it.
That was when I was like, what, 12? Lmao
