Military Rank System

I really want a new military ranking system so that you know who is what rank in a military rp... basically this is what i would like it to have:
 - Uses clan tags to show rank
 - Customizable tags (like switching from navy to army ranks)
 - Toggleable in server settings
 - Gui to set ranks of all people in server (preferably of all people who have been to my server, so i dont have to change thier ranks back when they relog into the server)

If anyone thinks that this may be possible or can try to make this then please tell me.

Someone was making this, but I think it died.

It's not really hard to set someone's clantags with events.

Server ranks.
It's in the addons section of RTB.
Or something.
It was made by Boom.

NINJA-Go search it.

Note-uncheck all the boards at the bottom of search and check RTB listings instead.
