Gloves of the Monk would be an item that acts sort of like the 'fists', only you can rapidly click to hit more, and gain more combos.
When you gain a combo point (hit an enemy more than once), you can attack faster, but you lose damage each combo point. When you reach 25 combo points, you can right-click and do a rapid attack where you attack with both fists in a rapid and deadly attack, boosting points upwards in order to reach 50 points as a cap, which you can right-click again to shoot yourself upwards, lock on to the enemy you were attacking and shoot a gigantic fist particle which makes them explode.
