Wierd issue in gta 3

Well i start up the game normally, start a new game and i get something worse then this, so i alt tabbed out and back in and this is what i got, i have no idea what to do

It looks like it could be your graphics card, I get this on occasion in Blockland if I alt-tab out.  What happens before you alt tab out?

Its your graphics card, or when you alt tab out, the graphics go all forgety.

usually it's worse, it's kinda hard to see but it's the loading screen faded out a bit and all forgeted up

also i checked, i meet the requirements to play this...

Try running it Windowed.
Then update drivers.

changed resolution to the same as desktop one and it worked -.-


locking
