It's like half a foot off the ground. I apologize. it's a very strange coat. Custom fit for when my great grandfather traveled. It's very good against weather and you can still do all kinds of body movements.

thats because its too big, most jackets/coats allow you too unless theyre too small, but that one is obviously because its too big
