I run a mile and a half in a 9:24


If you run a few times a week, you'll get used to it and become better. I do track, and at first, I really hated it, but then it became pretty fun because my best freind joined. And it's just fun over-all.

I took up running over the summer. stuff sucked and I could only run for like five minutes at a time. Now when I go out I go 45-60 minutes at a good pace without stopping.

If you're brand new just follow a steady basic plan to adjust your body to the activity.

Last time i clocked running the mile, it was 16 minutes.. I walked
