So,
as you all know
running sucks.
I just started wrestling and the only thing I really struggle with and have struggled with is running.
Its not that my legs and body gets tired its my breathing.
The breathing messes me up.
Does anybody who runs a lot have any tips or exercises I can do to help with my endurance/breathing?

stuff niggy i'd be able to run as fast as one of them kenya mondays if I didn't always have to worry about my shoes flying off
one day I shall buy smaller shoes/grow into them
then the Era of Jetlok will begin.

Don't stop.
I'm dead serious, just keep a slow, steady pace, and you'll be fine.
Keep your breath in tune with your steps. Start breathing slowly, like, inhale/exhale every 3rd/4th step, and gradually increase when breathing at that pace become difficult.

That's my strategy.

Run more.
Drink water.
Eat healthier.
Run in place.

Im only used to running a mile.
I can run a mile in about 7 minutes (SLOW OMG)
Anyways today was my first wrestling practice and a kid made me run for like 15 minutes.
I thought I was gonna die.
Then we had to do a jog sprint jog thing over and over

A mile in 7 minutes isn't slow.
It's not the best, but it's much better than average.
