God has infinite imagination.

He can come up with new stuff to do.

And it being heaven, it's probably better then the best paradise on earth. By far. and if something gets boring, maybe he'll just replace that with something new, after all he's God.

You don't seem to understand. Even if you could conjure the pleasures from your wildest fantasies, it would still get dull.

You guys are failing to refute other religions in this thread lol.

Not trying to sway anybody to one side or the other, but Trogtor said that humans can't just be poofed into existence by nothing. There had to be some other force making it happen, meaning God.

My view on that is that God can't just poof himself into existence, or else humans could've been formed the same way. I go to a Christian school, but I'm atheist. I take bible class, and when I asked them how God got here, they told me that he has always been here. I find that interesting because atheist beliefs state that humans have always been here, just in a different form, then continuing to evolve to what we are today.

Please evaluate Trogtor, I want to see what you say to my point of view

Why would you want to go back to this dump?
The Earth isn't a dump

It downright infuriates me when people call the Earth bad.

Well, not a dump. It can be a great place, I just wouldn't want to be here for eternity.

I made a topic on this, Rotondo fail-binned it because he didn't want me to start religious debates.

The bible talks about what happened when god created "Time." The book is just about what happens during "Time"

So, we have no clue what went on before "Time" began, like, for all I/we know, god could of been a high roller. Hang with his friends and watch sports, we don't know! Edit: He could of had friends and then they all disappeared! So then he created time! We don't know and we never will! Get what I mean?

Apparently matter has always existed

You've never had pleasure from your wildest fantasy's (heaven might be beyond that even) so how do you know that God can't keep us from being bored?

we did talk about that a little

Here's what I think about that. God created everything, even time. Beginning is a word pertaining to time. Since God made time is doesn't affect him. Therefore God needs no beginning, and no creation.

LOL Badspot did the same thing to me when I was in a conversation with Kalph

So then technically of you don't know, you are making guesses. Inaccurate guesses maye, you don't know, I don't know

It might be inaccurate, but it's what I believe, and it's very plausible. But we don't need to know everything about God in order to know he's there. If we knew everything about God, we'd be omniscient, and only God is.

No, I'm trying to tell you that God never tells you what happened before time.

Lets say nobody new me, I was nobody, I didn't know my parents, I had no friends, you know. Ok, I rescued a baby, everyone calls me a hero, I write a book from since I rescued a baby, and my life going on. I don't tell you what happened before my life, so nobody knows me since I rescued a baby.

God only talks about what happens right before he makes the earth, nothing before, get what I mean?

that's a good point too, I never thought about that. The only reason we think we know about or beginning is because we believe God told us. But There's nobody to tell God about his beginning, so for all we know even he might not know. But all the same, what I said I think is also a pretty good explanation.
