you emphasize the computer time issue as if it were the worst problem on that list. that's probably the most superficial. at the least, if it's entirely because she went outside when she was little, that's logically invalid.
The saying he's not social is a bit different. I HIGHLY doubt she does any sort of observation of investigation to back this up (and bases it probably off of how much he talks to her?). Criticizing your offspring's social life is a bit of an odd thing to do anyways, doing it for apparently no reason is even more so odd.
Saying "we went outside way back when" shouldn't be used to set a precedent for a generation which has access and is, in a sense, encouraged to use technology. These other means of entertainment just occupy that time, and I'm sure when he was smaller he went outside a lot more.
His mother needs to think for a bit, but other than that, I don't see many issues.
