Whenever I start a game, I can't start any station of any kind. I've read a bunch of guides, and none of them say anything about any requirements to build one. Halp

You can't build anything before 1910 or something.
Make sure you set your year to around 1940

i think 1950. at least thats when normal games always start.

cuz everyone knows trains and busses didnt exist before 1950
