Extreme lag when trying to host a server

Today I downloaded Siba's Horizontal Pole Bricks and tried hosting my server with them, but when I loaded up my server with them enabled I started lagging really badly and eventually my server crashed. I deleted the addon and started my server again, and somehow there was no lag at all and everything ran normally. What the forget is going on?
