Refresh server list

I'd really like to have a refresh button rather then having to restart Blockland every time I want to refresh the servers list, I'm actually pretty surprised this hasn't been requested before (at least, I didn't see the suggestion come up when I searched for it)

Its a button at the bottom of the server list that refreshes.
