What's so hard about believing that someone works out everyday? Not everyone is a lazy piece of stuff.
True story.  My brother got a pull-up bar thing you can hang on doorways and I work on that stuff every day more than he does.

i've pretty much proved those claims though, so i don't see what your problem is

Only if the grip bars are spread out far enough so that the weight of my body is focused more on the shoulders.  The grips are more together, so it's actually more on my arms.  I also pull up my lower body with by abdomen every time I do a pull-up, so it eliminates the need for sit-ups.
