Somebody is trying to hack(?) my computer?

idk, im not really sure

every 20 minutes almost i get a pop up from my antivirus software (norton) saying it blocked an attack from another computer. it says the attacking url is "sawarob.com/home"

so yah, i dont want somebody attacking my computer, so is there a way to completely block this URL or something to try and stop the attacks?

Theres a reason you dont use Norton, and its because if you had a better antivirus, someone wouldnt be attacking you in the first place.
