Should I buy Fallout 3? (RESOLVED)

I've already played a bit of Fallout 3 on Xbox, a long time ago. I didn't like the story or graphics, but gameplay was good, not as good as classic Fallout however.
If I re-buy it on PC, I can change the graphics all I want though.
Should I re-buy it for $30 and re-play it? Please tell me.
