Author Topic: Why did you buy Blockland?  (Read 3681 times)

So, it all happened here...
I went to my friend, Max's, house. He told me of a fun game called "Blockland".
I learned from him without the tutorial. He couldn't play online for some reason, so we started building a city, taking turns at sittin on the computer.
Unfortunately, I had to go. Instantly, I downloaded the demo, but was kind of disappointed when I had 150 bricks. I didnt play te demo at all, and waited 1-2 weeks to go to Max's house.
A few months later, I asked my dad to buy the game for me. He spent the $20 and was waiting for the code. I played on the demo i downloaded again, since my old computer is slow as stuff.
During the demo, it was July 19, 2011, I built a hidden explosives fort in the outside of the bedroom. Yes, I already found out about this. It killed on touch, my first time using events. It had a jeep in there as well.
The next day, the code arrived, and I played on my first server. I believe it was a CTF TDM or a Trench War.
Ever since, Ive played on my 29473 ID. I play with Max, as he has online for it now, all the time (maxlol2/Mr Blockland - ID 13106)
now, blockland is my addiction...

Ahhh, back in early 2008, during V8, I thought it was an awesome game, so I bought it.

Bought it because I wanted online fun.

I was browsing videos on YouTube when I came to one that had a city built in Blockland. It was some Blockland I haven't seen yet, might have been V00002, but I Googled it because it looked like fun. I found the retail version, downloaded the demo, and bought it the next day.

I saw an ad, got the demo, liked it, and got the full game.

Got bored of Roblox, got Blockland, loved it.

I just started playing it again too.

I played since v0002's release and always loved blockland so I bought it.

Around Grade 6 I loved Lego and building things.

I found Retail BL and loved the demo but parents wouldn't buy it, spent a few months or so on TBM and RTB, found and played Roblox for about a year (2008),
I came home one day and my parents told me they bought me it.
