This would put an interesting twist in mini-games.
When you die, you would respawn in a spectator room or something like that.

i can ce a few good uses for this
one would be:turn off ctrl+k spwan in a room with a bution for rules

You can't force people to read the rules. No reason you should need to, either.  Just make sure they're displayed clearly, then if someone decides not to read them, it's their fault if they break them and get banned.
