Builds getting uploaded to RTB?

If you've played Gmod, you know that they have a little thingy called "Toybox". It's a lot like RTB, but a big part of it is downloading maps to play on. We could emulate this kind of service by being able to upload builds onto RTB. It's already got a rating and comments system, so why not?
